BebiyuThis page explains the general conditions for digital products, such as coloring packs, sold through the Bebiyu World website.
Digital products are downloadable files, such as coloring pages, rather than physical goods delivered to your address. The details of each product—including the number of pages, paper size, and file format—are listed on its product page before purchase.
Purchases are processed through the third-party partner Lynk.id. After payment is successful, a download link is provided directly on the Lynk.id page after checkout. Please save the link because files can generally be downloaded again for approximately 30 days after purchase.
We recommend printing coloring files on A4 paper with a regular home printer. For the best results, select "actual size" rather than "fit to page" in the print settings so the image proportions do not change.
A purchased product is for personal use at home or for one class or learning group that you teach. You may print additional copies for that use, but may not resell the file, distribute it widely online, or claim it as your own work.
Because these products are digital files available for immediate download, they cannot be returned after download unless there is an error on our part—for example, the file is damaged, cannot be opened, or does not match the description on the product page. Such issues must be reported no later than seven days after purchase.
If a file cannot be downloaded, is damaged, or you experience another issue with a digital product, please contact us at halo@bebiyu.com and include your proof of purchase from Lynk.id.
