The Culture lesson introduces diversity in language, art, food, games, clothing and traditions. Activities are a starting point for recognising that communities may do things differently and still deserve respect. Adults can add examples from their own family or region so the learning remains connected to the child's real experience.
Choose one cultural element—such as a regional song, game, food or textile pattern—and explore where it comes from and how it is used. The child can draw it, retell what was learned, or try a simple related activity with an adult.
Adapt the activity to the child’s age and readiness. If the child becomes tired or loses interest, stop and return another time.
